Erin Rudemiller PLA Landscape Architect
Erin’s passion for landscape architecture grew through a commitment to providing accessible, beautiful, public space for all. She is dedicated to understanding the history, context, and culture of a site while creating a vision for the future. As Unknown Studio’s first intern, Erin has developed and institutionalized representation strategies, workflows, and design thinking for the studio and brought excitement, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to all of her projects.
Erin’s work at Unknown Studio includes leading the award-winning design efforts for Druid Lake in Baltimore’s Druid Hill Park, the Visionary Master Plan for Longwood at Granogue, the restoration of the Sunken Garden at Nemours Estate, and the Milton S. Eisenhower Library at Johns Hopkins University.
Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture with Honors Research Distinction from The Ohio State University’s Knowlton School of Architecture. She is a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Maryland. Outside of the studio, you can find Erin exploring Baltimore by bicycle, watercoloring, or volunteering at the Station North Tool Library.
