Vision for Harborplace Revealed

On October 30, Governor Wes Moore, Mayor Brandon Scott, and P. David Bramble of MCB Real Estate gathered to unveil and celebrate the Vision for Harborplace—and in turn, to point the way to a greener, more resilient, livable Downtown Baltimore.

Building upon the visionary leadership of Bramble and the input of our community, Unknown Studio is humbled and proud to share the Vision Plan for Baltimore’s beloved Harborplace—the internationally iconic waterfront in the heart of our Downtown.

“This project and this design activate the waterfront in a way that ensures it is for everyone in our City, our region and our State. We prioritized listening to the community to hear what they wanted and married it to what could actually be built. I’m so proud to share these plans with all of Baltimore because we deserve an internationally renowned waterfront that belongs to all of us.”

– P. David Bramble, Managing Partner and Co-founder, MCB Real Estate.

The Plan articulates a more inclusive, democratic, diverse, inhabitable, and resilient future for the next century of Baltimore’s Downtown.
